Once purchased, you will receive an email titled PLEASE REGISTER. This email will include a link for your selected class. Click on the link and enter your name to register. Once registration is complete, Zoom will automatically send the link and password for the class.

• FLOW & YIN: This 75-minute class combines a breath-based Vinyasa flow to build strength, balance and flexibility with a slower paced Yin practice where poses are held longer, helping release deeply stored tension in the body.
• GENTLE FLOW & YIN: This 60-minute class combines a slower paced flow incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements performed in a sequence with a gentle Yin practice where poses are held longer, helping to release deeply stored tension in the body. Excellent for beginners or for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice.
• MINDFUL FLOW: This 60-minute class incorporates a breath-based flow woven into a sequence with mindful alignment and a meditative focus. Body and breath are utilized to calm and center the mind and to build strength, balance and flexibility.
